(b. 1964) is a painter and sculptor who has created an unmistakable and recognisable style. He portrays the form of the body in childlike and simplistic rendering with curved and accentuated lines. His paintings give colour and multiplicity to the 2D drawings of African bodies with lines that are a stick figure emblem of the African form..

He attended Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and majored in sculpture. He graduated in 1989 and won many prizes throughout his academic career including best sculptor in his graduating class. Although he graduated as a sculptor, his career has been more geared towards the medium of painting.
